Welcome. I’m Kartik, the founder of Polynomial Studio. Polynomial Studio is an applied AI product studio building products around work, hiring, and decision-making. The studio currently builds Fursa and publishes Bold Efforts. Fursa is an AI-native hiring company. Bold Efforts publishes ideas on the future of work and living. The common thread is simple: help people find better opportunities, make better decisions, and save time.
  2. Work is entering a new phase. AI is becoming a reasoning layer across software, teams, and markets. Models are getting more capable, cheaper to use, and easier to connect to real workflows. This will change how people find work, how companies hire, how teams operate, and how individuals decide where to spend their time. The tools built in this decade will shape that system for a long time.
  3. We build focused products for people navigating a changing world of work. The focus is applied AI, useful data, and clear interfaces. Products should remove friction, reduce uncertainty, and help people act with better judgment. No novelty AI. No bloated software. No dashboards that exist only to look impressive.
  4. The AI-native hiring company. Fursa helps candidates find real jobs faster, companies find relevant talent, and teams use structured hiring-market data from employer-source job listings. It starts with job search and employer-source job data. The larger ambition is to build trusted infrastructure for how hiring works next. Fursa has indexed more than 1 million jobs as of June 2026. Search. Hire. Data. Visit Fursa ↗
  5. Ideas on the future of work and living. Bold Efforts is a publication about the future of work and living, exploring work, AI, decision-making, and the systems shaping how we live and build through sharp essays, original frameworks, and clear thinking. Clear writing about work, systems, incentives, technology, and decision-making. No trend-chasing. No recycled summaries. No empty predictions. Read Bold Efforts ↗
  6. Focus beats breadth. One product that does one job exceptionally well can create more value than a platform that tries to do everything. We measure value in minutes returned, stress avoided, and better decisions made. The best tools feel calm, useful, and trustworthy. No dark patterns. No manipulative urgency. No growth tactics that burn goodwill.
  7. Polynomial is the studio name, not a customer brand. A polynomial has multiple terms built from a shared structure. That is how we think about products here. Shared principles. Shared infrastructure. Different outputs. Studio because this is where products get made.
  8. If this resonates, reach out. We are interested in people thinking seriously about hiring, applied AI, work, and the systems shaping how people live. Customers, investors, collaborators, and builders with a point of view are welcome. kartik@polynomial.studio
