The studio began with a broad question: where can AI meaningfully improve how people work, make decisions, and access opportunity? We explored ideas across hiring, mental health, remote work, and marketplaces. Each thesis started with customer conversations and problem research. The most promising ideas moved into focused prototypes or MVPs. The goal was not to build a large portfolio. It was to learn quickly, discard weak assumptions, and find a problem worth committing to.

Evidence came before conviction. Before building, we set clear thresholds for what we needed to learn or observe before an idea could advance. Theses moved forward, changed direction, or stopped based on customer evidence rather than attachment to the original idea. This kept the experiments focused and made it easier to recognize when an opportunity had earned deeper commitment.

Fursa is the company that emerged from Polynomial Studio. It is an AI-native hiring company building a better way for people and companies to find each other.
